are you dead set on Flowmaster's? i know they sound great but if your looking for a unique sound, look into SpinTech exhaust. they sound awesome and completely different from anything else out there. if not, good ol 40 series 2 chamber flowmasters are always the way to go. the 50 series have less interior resonance but not as aggressive sounding...hope this helps

someone may correct me if i m wrong but i dont think any muffler has drain holes for moisture. if they did it would cause horrible exhaust tic. usually moisture just escapes out the back with spent gases. again i may be wrong but ive never seen a muffler with drain holes

Almost all first quality Walker mufflers come with a drain hole in them. Unless they are a universal fit then you're required to  drill one yourself

I always knock about a 1" hole in all my mufflers with a railroad spike and a 5 lb sledge.  But right after doing so, my truck seems to get much louder.  So after putting up with it for a while, I put in a new muffler and pop a new hole in it and the process starts all over again.  There must be an easier way.  And don't even get me started on catalytic converters. :-\
