Im putting back my original harness back in and of course there are some wires that I have no clue where they go. Can someone please help me figure these out?? The brown and green wires coming out of firewall grommet are cut and im not sure if I did it when taking engine out. Then there is this long green wire that might go to the coolant temp gauge on manifold and finally this group of wires from right side of fuse bloc. Any help or suggestions would be awesome.

Not too sure on the first set of wires. Maybe a/c wiring? The second picture is definitely the wiring that feeds your park lights, tail lights, brake lights, and backup lights. Yellow is left hand brake/signal. Dark green is right hand brake/signal, brown is park/tail lights, light green is back up lights.

Awesome Thanks for that I forgot to mention i did rip out the a/c unit and heating unit, maybe thats for them?? I plan on putting in a vintage air system later.

Where does the green wire go?

The long green single wire goes into a group of other wires, I think i need to backtrack it to see where it ends up. But I think they go through fire wall and end up behind the dash. Im wondering if its the temp gauge wire. Ill take a pic tomorrow and let you know.
