1976 no tach cluster circuit board

Any recommendations on where to get a circuit board?

They are relatively expensive.

What is wrong with the circuit board you have?  If you are trying to fix overall issues with the cluster, I suggest you first re-check all grounds, especially the instrument panel ground under the dash, and verify  that the large wiring connector is mating properly to the cluster.
