hey would they be anyway a junk yard would trade with you i have a 350 tranny and 205 transfercase and i want to get a th400 and a 205 would a junk yard trade with me?

I seriously doubt anyone would without cash difference. An even swap is not income for them. Before you ask about the swap, ask about the outright price first or they'll raise the price.

Have you found one? 
I was looking to do the same swap in my truck and only ran across 1 for sale.  Cost was more than what I paid for the truck and a 200+ mile trip to pick it up. (and no guarantee).  Junkyards up here would assume what you have is toast and offer you whatever scrap value is. (maybe) They want parts gone and $ coming in.
For me It was much more cost-effective to just get a re-built turbo 350.
