found this for sale locally. They want $6k its very well done and nice. Hopefully the pics work.

very smooth. kinda like it. looks like it would have a huge blind spot, though  ;D

Dumbucket, Have you personally looked at it? Is there a reason for the rear door on one side? Something with a handicapped person or something, or someone with some skill & a bunch of free time? The left side particularly looks odd, a groove (recess) around like where the window should go would break it up & add some style to it, the fact there isn't a variation at the roofline also doesn't help. Haulinit I think it looks like they copied the early 70's or maybe 60's suburbans some only had 3 doors

I have not seen the suburban in person but it is a a classic car dealer nearby and I could go look at in person at any time.

Its pretty strait considering its black! I like it, kinda different, & cool!
