Got the wire pigtail for the 4wd indicator for np205 in today. The painless harness didn't have right plug for the np205 which is understandable. Got it from torque king 4x4 they have been best source for np205 parts. Got everything from them when I rebuilt the np205. I was having problems finding the 4wd indicator sensor goes on top transfer case. And found they had it.

Cooler lines are connected. All lines are done now. And heat sleeve was put around transmission lines around exhaust.

I made my own pigtail as I have weatherpack and metripack crimpers and components.  I am still waiting on my replacement 4wd indicator switch though.  Summit says 8/22 for the ship date and I ordered on 7/3.  Might have to check-out Torque King!

Truck is alive and running it started on first crank. So far nothing leaking. Can't post video on here so can't hear it.

Driveshafts were ready today. Things moving right along. A/c is charged with freon, blowing cold.

What did you end up running for your AC pump and brackets?  I really wanted to use the stock denso on the LS in the low position, but wasn't ready to chop up the passenger's side engine mount to make it fit.  I am just going to run AC up high, but there are too many options.  What did you do?  Looks like a new pump.  What kind?  What brackets?

Thanks!

I used the highmount a/c brackets from ICT billet. The one for Ls truck motor. And on compressor used the one came with vintage air kit 944181 and just told them needed the compressor with serpentine belt
Ordered that kit from jegs. I'll find the receipt from jegs to get part number on compressor. Pretty sure was sanden 508 with serpentine pully.
