got an '87 305 tbi - trying to source the heat stove pipe (from manifold to breather)
anybody know?

yes sir. from a heat shield wrapped around the manifold to the breather. a wax pellet actuator (instead of a vacuum motor) opens and closes the flap.

GM #14088618 Engine heat stove tube, 21" long, is a flexible, high temperature fabric tube that retains its shape once formed. It fits many applications and may need to be shortened.

I was looking for those a while back, GM has tons of them real cheap. No wait...they're discontinued and real expensive.

In the 80's those pipes were used on tons of different vehicles from all brands. If I needed a tuneup I always would get these pipes every time. I would think that oreilly & autozone still have them and for chespthey are cheap
