Cab and doors
« on: February 12, 2018, 02:13:25 PM »
Is the cab and doors the same on a 1979 and a 1986 c10 pickup. I think they are just wanted to confirm it.

Doors yes and no, cabs no...  Door shells same, glass thickness lightens up after 1981.  Cab differs where the hood hinges mount and the wiper switch goes to the steering column.  All can be dealt with if you have the skills.

the inside handles and vent handles will be different. not sure if you can swap them out, but you might be able to make it work
