Fenders

Under the fenders they originally came with plastic inserts to keep dirt and debris out does anyone know what these are called and where to purchase. 1986 c10 4.3 auto, 2wd

They're called shields and they are available from some restoration catalogs

It's a trap to hold stuff in but as long as you keep it clean in there they're fine. If you drive in the winter, mud, etc, just take em off to clean out in there or they perpetuate rust. If it's a restoration that will never see those conditions then they are a correct part for the truck.
