Looking for a few specific measurements
« on: July 20, 2020, 10:22:13 PM »
Hey, I’m a first timer on here - started my first square body project. We will call it my “Hybrid” to get the best of everything... 2005 F350 frame and diffs, 12v Cummins, NV5600, with crew cab square body on top!

Coming along well but wheelbase is something I need a hand with, I need a couple specific measurements from a short box truck.

I’d like pictures with tape measure if possible. Center of rear wheel well to front edge of the bed side, Center of rear wheel well to back of the cab, measurement between cab and bed (from the side not bulkhead to cab).

I don’t have a bed yet, can’t find a very clean one and will buy all new but no storage room to order it now...

Thanks

Mentioning a ford might slow the responses but tell me how you want to measure  the center of the wheel well and I could measure one of the sides in the garage.

Using VZ's link, it looks like 42" from the back of cab to center of the axle.
