77 C20 no dash lights no taillights no ctsy/dome.

hey yall. first post here. tried checking the documentation but i cant seem to find what i'm looking for. I get turn signals, the "brake" light, headlights, and the seatbelt light, but no running taillights, dome lights or accessory or cluster lights. No power at the PNL LTS fuse on either side.... i think i need to be looking for a grey wire.
Few things:
#1 my headlight switch shows no power on brown and green.
#2 BLK YEL and GREY are snipped coming from top harness behind dash.
#3 WHITE ctsy ground meets in the middle of dash behind AC vent at a tee-off which appears disconnected from anything. glovebox light maybe?is this a problem?
#4 ORANGE, coming from dome lights terminates (starts?) in an accessory pin on the front of the fusebox with no power.

any advice would be great. my dash is ripped apart, i'm ready to learn. thanks so much yall.

Short of selling it as is      ping bd, he's the man when it comes to this stuff. Sorry I can't be of any help, and sorry it took 9 days to get a response.

All good man. Listed er today its a bit above my knowledge. I ended up getting the tails, license, and the under dash cargo back but still no dome. Dash lights came back for a day and then gone again. Reflowed the ground into the cluster but not sure where it goes from there. Pretty sure its a grounding issue but need to find the last couple grounds. I get a feeling its in the fusebox as my alternator has been overcharging and i've checked over all of its wiring as well. In my industry we use a device called a tone generator to find wires in bundles. It should be standard issue for mechanics too.

If you have access to one, clip the red lead on the generator to the wire in the lamp, ground the black lead.

Use the wand to detect where the wire is at the fuse block.

Turn down the volume, or it's hard to ID which wire it is.
