Recently I have had a horrible time logging on.
Is anyone else having this problem?
It doesn't matter if I use a mobile, desk top, hardwire, wifi or LTE, I get the same experience. Forever delayed page loading, and 50% error messages to contact an administrator.
What gives?

I never log out so I can say no problems here...

I had trouble yesterday. Every once in a while it is really slow to load. My DSL sucks and my provider is rated at a D- so I just put up with it. Without cable or satellite, I have no other options with the ma and pa outfit I am stuck with...

My problem isn't just at home but at work. I travel long distances with my son's baseball and notice it while off and away from here as well.......

Been having this trouble going on for about 2 months now.
Not worth the headache. If the problem doesn't go away soon it may be time to search out a different forum to host my build thread.

Wheel just spins, and spins, and spins. Blue line doesn't get any longer. Then finally after several minutes, and eleventy thousand refreshes I'll go back and it will have loaded.
Tried everything I can think of on my end. Tried a different computer. Different mobile devices. Reset all settings, cleared history, logged out, then back in again. Tried on wifi, and LTE wireless, hard wire cable.
If I ever get past the first page load then I can breeze over the forum all day after that.

Have you run a speedtest to see if it isn't your internet connection. We'd had to loose you

No zieg. Haven't tried the speed test.
But I do not have this problem with any other website, or app I visit.
I run HD video with no problem. Only slight buffering to start, then ZOOM!
As I say I cruise all over the web with no problems, even on this site the pages will load fine, but only after the excruciating long intital 1st page load.
......and don't really want to leave either. That is why I continue to fret over this.

There is no rhyme or reason when I experience problems. It doesn't matter the amount of traffic or time of day. It has to be the server this site is on. Tonight it seems faster than anything else I visited this evening. Some on my home PC with Windows 7 it times out alot waiting. This 8 year old laptop I am using as I type with Windows XP works the best, go figure. This is still the best site for these trucks, I belong to several but this one has the most talent.

I am researching this since the site move a lot of things have been screwed up, because they didn't tell me what exactly they were doing. I have had the issue also. I think they left the database for the forum where it was and only moved the front end.

Please also don't hesitate to report anything you see on the forum with the report to moderator button. It comes directly to my email. I have been trying to fix other issues along and getting ready for power tour.

As of this morning I am still having issues.
However, if I am on my mobile device I can switch off wifi and use the LTE network then I can usually get on in a reasonable amount of time. Wifi is a no go. Home computer is still a dud.

There is an intermittent disconnect, but the forum actually isn't live all the time. It presents a post and disconnects.
If you are uploading pics it could have issues or if sending mass IM's.
Logging in could also be a potential issue, but I stay logged in all the time. I have logged out recently on remote machines and haven't see an issue, BUT there are db connection timeouts.
I am trying to schedule some time to move the database for the forum to the new server that the site is now on to hopefully cut out the timeout. I will posted when I am going to do this here and in the forum info.

For what it's worth, about two weeks ago I noticed I can finally get on this site while using my wifi.
I no longer have to turn off my wifi to access the forums in my mobile device.

I'm on a laptop on my home based wifi. I've noticed that sometimes I have a hard time loading pages or posts, almost like the site becomes unresponsive. It sometimes takes a long time to load anything. It only seems to be this site and no others. I also never sign off, I always just leave the site open and open up additional tabs to access other sites on my browser. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not? Also doesn't seem to matter if I'm on my network or someone else's.

I logged out of everything and logged back in no problems.

I haven't had a problem since they fixed an issue a while back but I have been busy for the last 3 months trying to get on the new version of the store, so...

right now both of them are non function from an administrative point. Orders still go through, but that is about it...
