Title: Disk Brake Conversion

I'm converting my 1/2 ton 2wd chevy to 4wd. I'm going to put a dana 60 up front and a 14 bolt rear end under it. I was wondering if anybody has done the disk brake conversion for the rear end. If so, is it an easy change? and what all do you have to change to make it happen?
