Driveshaft Component ID

In the pic I circled a part that I need to replace, what is it called? I took it apart to replace ujoints and center support bearing and the inside rubber grommet is toast. I cant find it anywhere. Thanks

"Slip yoke spline seal" GM parts group 5.560, original P/N-7827942.  A local driveline shop should be able to help you.

Here's one example from a "slip yoke spline seal" Internet search:  Denny's Driveshafts.  There are others.

Call them up and get the parts number for the one they are sold out of.  You may be able to find it somewhere else with an internet search, or cross-reference to a different brand that is equivalent.

I did and they were back on line for sale this morning. Already shipped and the drive shaft project evolved into getting it powder coated.
