I've seen the blazer I just don't want to have to redo my exhaust? Can everything just be slid forward a little bit? And drill new holes for the hangers?

You can try to drop the tank lower, but the seat hump in the cab floor limits moving the tank forward any more, and rear spring hanger is too close.

I also don't recommend nor think it wise to drop the tank lower to ground.

The 20 Gallon tank was not engineered to fit in a space provided for a 16 gallon tank.
