Title: Help with door adjustment

Hey guys, the gap between my drivers door and fender is too close at the bottom on my 85 Silverado (it rubs). I'm pretty sure the door needs adjusted as when the door is closed the gaps don't line up all the way around. Also I pulled up on the bottom of the door and the hinges are good and tight. So how do I go about adjusting it?
