Live chat....And what i think about it

Well as you all know iv been here for a while now...And i have never seen no one use it. but yet every one more then likely would agree that.The bored is alot better and more used.Thats because its easy to use and people would rather ask there questions and wait for a good well thought reply ..So how come no one has got rid of the live chat ..And the Thursday at 9. If no one is going to use it?:hat
