Title: How do you disassemble center seat belt buckle?

Hi:
Does anyone know how to disassemble the center seat belt buckle? The belt wont slide through it and I want to clean it out. I think there also may be a spring or two in there that may need replacing...does anyone know where to get parts? See attached photos of the buckle in question.

Pour dish soap on it and then let it soak in. Then soak it in in a bowl of hot water. that will generally allow it to free up
