Title: '74 suburban 2nd row 3-point seatbelt mount points

I'm trying to figure out where to mount the retractable part of the 3-point seat belt for the rear bench seat of my '74 C20 'burb. It has the mount point on the pillar already for the shoulder belt, but there doesn't appear to be an existing bolt for the retractable mechanism. Do I mount it to the floor in front of the wheel well?

Look for a bolt hole in that area flanking the seat and wheel well, if carpeted, use  a scratch awl.
