a) this is VERY hard to read as you are running sentences together
b) CAPS = Yelling, please turn them off
c) If you seperate all the different questions it may make more sense as I can't understand what it is you are talking about.

I did get this part, the stock EFI pump puts out from 10-18lbs and you need to return it to the tank as it was on the factory setup.
If you have no bottom end, I would say it is the cam and not the TBI, they make great bottom end power.  My opinion is you are going backwards, but if you have a monster cam in a EFI motor, they aren't going to get along...

If the cam wasn't made for a TBI it will not run correctly though.  It has to be a TBI(EFI) designed cam to get the full potential.

Capt, I think I can translate some. He is putting a carberator on his 87 Chevy that was a tbi. It has the TBI on it at this present time and it bogs down until it gets to 2000 rpm then seems to do good. His motor is a .030 over 350 that he bought from an individual. not sure what cam it has, but it is supposed to have a chop to it.It has stock exhaust manifolds and 1=7/8 inch exhaust with glass packs. His queztions are:
1.In regaurds to the fuel pressure, how can he drop the fuel pressure down to work with the carberater? It has the stock electric pump, and he is wanting to use a  Holley. (Too much carb)
  2. What is the rpm range for an Edelbrock performer RPM intake? He wants to install this later.(1500-6000 rpm, right???)
  3. Where do the vacuum ports on the carb go?
4 How much fuel pressure does he need to run?

Robroy 87, I hope I got this right and was able to help. I think the 750 holley and the rpm intake are not a good idea, but it depends on what you are wantin to do. The knowledge here is amazing, and everyone likes to help. Welcome, slow down a little, and enjoy the board.

Thank's chop top- I'm new on the computer, and i'm not the best speller but i'll do my best.                                                                    1.I'm going to drive the truck on the street but ,and low bracket.
2.I no combos are impotant, right cam, intake, carband ext.the cam might be a bracket master II he seid mechine shop built it for him, trieing to get paper work now.
3.So 750 holly is to much for street? I'll trade it off for smaller if needed.
4.the rpm intake i've had that's why i asked what range its good for, i'm learning i feel at least i'm in the right spot.
5.I was going to change my post but i don't no how,I check this post 2 time's a day i'm go to do the  change wed's,I only had it  put to gether for 2 weeks maybe 300 miles,So any in put between noow and then will bbe great!
