I finally was able to pick up something I've wanted since I was a kid. A lowered crew cab dually.

I have not used photobucket before. But I have seen many users say their photos do not work from there anymore for whatever reason I do not know.

Use the "attachments and other options" below reply box

Thank you. I just polished the wheels yesterday. They turned out ok. I would like to get some better materials and do it again properly.

i take it youre paying photobucket? their site was free then they started holding images hostage unless you paid for third party hosting. i would suggest to upload the pictures to this website that way theyll always be there. btw nice truck

Welcome from Kansas!  Nice dually.

Thank you. Why am I having such a hard time posting pictures?

Photobucket has phailed...  It's a problem across a lot of forums and websites.  I've used Picasa, which Google quite supporting; Flickr now if I want to embed.

Recently, I've been loading photos directly to the site.  Use Snipping Tool (on Microsoft) on the original photo which makes a much smaller file size but keeps good detail. There may be something similar to Snipping Tool for other operating platforms.

My truck has a 5/7 western chassis drop as well. Only thing I did different was use factory size front shocks front and rear.

Just using the free app. The first picture I posted I did it directly from my phone and for whatever reason once I posted it, the picture had turned sideways. The rest I used the photobucket app.

Did you have to do much cutting to get that drop?  I was afraid of the tires hitting the inner fenders and the duals hitting the bedside where the fender meets the box.

I had to pull out the inner front fender wells. Nothing in the rear rubs.

Have you ever researched slosh tubz?  I really wouldn稚 want to run without inners.

I don't drive my truck when we have weather. It's not my everyday vehicle. I couldn't afford to daily it with the cammed 454 mpg. I've been looking at slosh tubs. They are expensive. I'm probably just going to get a set of trailer fenders and fab something simple with them as a replacement inner. I don't have much time to work on it though. I work 55-60 hour weeks. So on weekends I just wanna hang with my wife and my little girl and sit on my ass.
