New member 1985 GMC Sierra Classic 1500

Hi everyone. New member here, been lurking for a while.
Full disclosure: I am a Ford guy, born & bread. Strangely enough, all three of my trucks have been GMs...  1976 C10 Silverado, 1977 Silverado and now a GMC.
I am currently doing an engine swap from a tired 305 4V to a crate 350. The interior is pretty torn up and sun cracked so I will do something with that eventually.
This is a working truck - hauling, towing, errands, etc so nothing fancy - just a dependable, affordable pickup that I can fix without a degree in computer science.

Exactly why I got my 86 GMC. Sick of all the computer controlled newer vehicles. Wanted something mechanical, dependable and easy to fix.
