I found out the culprit.  It was the choke wire grounded to motor..  I cut it off as the choke has never worked since I've owned it.  Put in a new fuse able link with new wire.  Thanks for the help

     AH, a direct short.  Very happy to hear you got if fixed, now enjoy it some.
#1: The easiest and most obvious solution to any problem is 99% of the time correct.
