Been searching for a worthy square body project and this won my heart. Excited to get her home, 454, T400, 4.56. Original, crusty but not rusty. Brimar dump insert a nice bonus, thankfully came with original tailgate. Plan to go over it, clean it up and drive it. Are regular cab CS dually's kind of rare? Can't find production numbers. Great forum, very informative.

Nice find, congrats!
I think I have only ever seen one that my friend owned, same running gear.
He loaned it to me to haul a fifth wheel to the desert, It was a little animal!
He could have used an overdrive though... Have fun and welcome from San Diego!

Rare? Not really. 46,917 C/K 30's produced, that number included all the configurations including crew cab and cab and chassis up to the 164.5" wheel base according to the book I have. Based on my sightings probably the least amount of the single cab with the dually pickup bed. Nice truck and welcome from the St. Louis, MO area!
