Dust covers to warn hubs

So I bought warn hubs for my truck and it still has dust covers on the hub
So I got the snap ring off but don’t know how to get that other part off of there

The external snap ring on the end of the axle shaft needs to be removed.  Check to see if there is an internal snap ring on the drive gear (slug).  If not, pry out the drive gear.
