After replacing wiper motor with new,not rebuilt unit (world power),and a new switch(standard),the wipers still do not park when turned off and the sprayer does not work. Anybody have any suggestions

Make sure the solid black wire connecting to the wiper switch is making good electrical contact with the switch and the cabin sheet metal.  Perform the following checks with all wires connected where they belong.  With the ignition switched on, is there power on the white wires connecting to the two wiper motor terminals?  With the ignition switched on and wipers off, will the wipers park if you jumper the black/light blue wire at the motor to a good clean ground?  With the ignition switched on, will the washer pump solenoid energize if you ground the pink wire?

Ok. Finally had time to check the wiring. Everything checks except for grounding the black/ light blue wire. Nothing happens. The pink wire is testing Hot.

So, you're saying there is power on both white wires connected to the wiper assembly and that the washer pump tries to energize when you ground the pink wire?  Ground the pink wire at the wiper switch and post what happens.

With ignition on, wipers off and all wires properly connected to the wiper assembly, is there power on both gray wires?

With key on switch off, all wires at motor are hot except for black/blue stripe. On the switch,C D and F are hot. Sometimes they park, sometimes they don't. Pump is not energizing

In summary:  1a) grounding the pink wire at the wiper motor assembly causes the washer pump to click or energize, but grounding the pink wire at the switch does not?  Repair the open in the pink wire between the wiper assembly and the switch.  1b) grounding the pink wire at the wiper motor assembly has no effect?  Replace the w/washer pump.  2) both gray wires connecting to the wiper motor assembly are 12-volts hot, but grounding the black/blue wire does not cause the wipers to "park" (assuming the wiper arms initially are in an "up" position)?  The park switch mechanism in the wiper motor assembly is faulty - replace the wiper motor.

Well. I put a rebuilt a/c wiper motor on today and it parks as it should. Now the problem is that when I hit the washer it continues to spray

If the pink wire is constantly hot with the ignition on and the pump doesn't shut off, replace the wiper motor assembly under warranty.  If the pink wire is dead then it's grounded, which keeps the pump energized.
