Title: torque convertor interchange

Anyone know if a torque convertor from a 700r4 will work on a th400? If not looks like I'm buying a correct one. Thanks

The converters are different. You can seriously damage the trans if you don't install the correct torque converter. While hunting down a torque converter for my 700r4, I found out from Dacco transmission parts that there are seven available 700r4 themselves, so that just adds to the confusion.
