Exactly! Good eye. I am a base model guy, more rare that way... 1 of 1 ordered that way according to the Ford Registry. This one has 68K original miles. Just got a lot of little things to straighten out to get it 100%

What's it got for the powertrain?

289 Challenger V-8 FX Automatic. really nothing special but with AC and the other original options on a base model radio delete it was the only one supposedly out of 22081 2 door sedans like it.

I never could have guessed what it is, but I love anything with slotted rims.
Nice find.

When I was a teenager, a mom and pop owned an auto parts store in town. The old woman drove one of these. She waddled and hobble around and you could see her coming for miles in or out of her car, but that thing was parked front and center every day. Same color but I think hers was a stick.

I bought new tires and another set of rims. Now I have 3 different looks depending on mood. Old Yeller is back on the road and cruising fine. The new 3.21 gear set really makes it more enjoyable to drive.
