Shop Dog
« on: November 09, 2020, 08:32:46 PM »
This is my garage sidekick.  Here she is chilling out after a long day of collecting ticks in the brush.  Zoe is great company and hangs out in the garage whenever im out there, but isnt very productive when it comes to working on the truck.  Any other shop dogs out there?

Looks like Zoe is working, Guard duty. Love dogs! Had a dog that passed away (natural causes) a little while back and have not yet got another, may change in the future.

I love doggies, but Mother Nature has deemed that I shall have horrendous allergies should I decide to pet them.  (It's never stopped me though, I love 'em too much)

I have a shop cat- Martini. Red Tabby. More like a dog than most dogs, IMHO. I'll find a pic soon...

Zoe is so cute!

I have a shop dog too...he’s not much of a dog but he actually does hang out in the garage with me and I even found a picture to prove it.

He just a little fella but he likes to follow me around and keep me company when he’s not busy napping.

Here is Hank.

My Boys Bud and Shorty.  Buds the Blacker one.  Shortys the Browner one.  Lost em both this June.  I'm on the lookout now for the next pair, I'll know em when I see em Like I did with Bud n Shorty.

First Pic is 2011 when they were 3 mos. old

Second Pic is about 2017...  They liked Chillin in the back of the truck.  This did double duty for me, as I could work on the car without paying attention as very rarely weirdos wander to the house, and the dogs run em off quick without attacking (all while I may be under the car or something).

Third Pic is May 2020, still like chillin in the truck.  If the tailgates closed they get on the bumper and scratched at the tailgate so I tried to always leave it down.  Didn't always so have some scratches on the tailgate...lol

They were gentle giants.  130lbs but they never bit one person, but I wouldn't have blamed them if they had bit a couple of em...lol

Chevyrado78,

I’m so sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing with us. They were beautiful and clearly loved and loyal.
