New from Lubbock, TX
« on: October 25, 2007, 07:08:31 PM »
Hello all. I am new to this forum. I just sold my single cab 2002 silverado that layed frame on 22" boyd coddington slayers. It had everything painted inside and outside, etc.

I am now building a 86 c10. I am doing it from the frame up. Right now the frame is nearly done.

I will make a project thread about it at a later time.

Anyone live near lubbock on here?

thanks for the welcome guys. Andy I think you told me about this website a while back but I didn't even pay any attention. Seems like a great place to be.

Anyone else building any frame up trucks?

What is the current status of the build? Just parked, tinkering, piddling, what? Also, where did you purchase the steer gear box? I have never seen one that wasn't painted black before.

It is currently on hold right now.  I had some more house repairs I needed to finished before it got cold.   I am working on getting my 78 Jimmy converted to TPI right now when I have the time as it is outside my house, the website truck is at Toolmasters, right now it is parked.

Forgot to say, but the steering box is an AGR unit, that I purchased from AGR.
