more unknown parts

My service repair manual is on its way but in the mean time the brain trust here is all I got.

I pulled the air filter off today to change the fuel filter and I found these two connecters just hagin out. The first one ends near the tranny dipstick. It comes straight out of the firewall. There are two black wires, a green wire, and a white wire. What does it go to? Along with that is a random pink wire that comes out at the same place.

The second picture is a tan wire (possibly white) that goes into a connector, but once again its not plugged into anything. And it ends by the oil cap.

I appreciate the help in advance.

EDIT: I tried looking at the wiring diagrams, but its like reading Chinese

First one is the ESC connector to the computer controlled distributor, it's possible someone swapped to a mech/vacuum distributor and disconnected that, otherwise there should be to opposite plug to that hanging near the firewall attached directly to the dizzy.
