Is your truck stock height or did you lift it to fit that size of tires?

How hard is it to pop the hubcaps off with that deep of a rim?  I've seen online that's the only complaint people have about them.  I know I could figure something out, but if you already know how that's way easier... :P

I think the problems arise when you go with a 10" or wider wheel.  Mine are 8", and only slightly different than the OE's.

How do they balance and ride at 70mph?  One reason I don't like my wheels is they have to be lug-centrically balanced which is extremely hard to find a place that will do that, like finding hens teeth.  I had my new tires road force hunter balanced but they still aren't as smooth as last time i had them lug centrically balanced.  since then the tire place i used to go to got rid of their adapters because corporate told them lug or hub centric can both be balanced the same through the center hole...  BS.  Other shocking thing was pro mechanics throwing away a tool (LC adapters) because of corporate.

I'm liking your wheels and tire size because their within negligible of my tire size.  yours would be 25mm wider and 0.2" taller than mine are, says the miata tire calculator.  I know theres differences in brands n such but You're selling me more n more on them.  Just gotta find 2 more decent hubcaps and I'm 1.4 the way there...lol  Nice to know you have 8" rims.  they look great on there.

Oh, I wish....that's a lofty speed to attain with 4:56 and a TH400.   60 is about all I can manage without the motor hating me.  At 60 though, all is well.

If you're not into 4x so much it may be worth it.

All I know is my motor doesn't hate me anymore... 8)

Having said that, I'm not sure these trucks were designed to do high speeds, or if speed was even a consideration... :o

That is why you should optimize your transmission and fit the appropriate final drive ratio to compliment it. Cruising on the highway should not involve over 50% throttle to keep up with the flow.

It's evident they missed the mark in gearing when you drive anything that still resembles stock. They made them look good on paper, that's about it, even with the 55MPH speed limit.
