Will a 208 case bolt to a th350 that was a 203 setup?

Have a friend with an 85 K-10 with a dead 700R4 and a good 208 case.  Will a TH350 from a 77 K-10 with a 203 case bolt to the 208 case and work?

you will have to change the output shaft inside of the transmission because the 208 case requires a longer shaft. The spline count is the same and I actualy have the output shaft you need that I will sell you for $15 pluss $8.10 shipping if you are interested. I also have a rebuilt 208 case I will sell for 75 plus shipping. The transmission I am currently using in my 79 K20 is a th350 that was mated to the 208 that I just rebuilt so that is how I have the shaft you will need I purchased the th350/np208 setup just for the transmission and had no use for the 208 or the shaftI changed out so I rebuilt the case because I planned on building a 700r4 for my truck and now I don't have the money to do it because my wife and I are having a new baby in about 7 and a half months and my one year old just had surgery so I need to get rid of some things out of the shop.
