Idler Arm and Pitman Arm Torque Specs
« on: June 20, 2023, 09:16:10 PM »
Looked through the FSM, maybe Im blind. Replacing the idler arm and pitman arm. Does anyone know the torque values associated with these parts? Idler arm to frame mount/center-link, pitman arm to gearbox/center-link?

Mostly depends on the size of the bolt/nut/thread count. I'm sure there is a torque guide on line.

The ball joints of those components go as tight as you can to get the cotter pin to line up.
