Extended brake lines

Does anyone know where to get or have a part number for extended front brake lines, I have a 83 K10 with either 4 or 6" lift....not sure on the ride height

Jegs Skyjacker FBL 17 for 3-4" or FBL 19 for 6-8"

Classic tube or inline tube makes custom length hoses.
