Title: Stock Exhaust Size?

Anyone know the stock exhaust size on a 1985 2wd C10 with a 305?  I upgraded to a 350 and am getting ready to run the exhaust.  Would 2.5'' be sufficient for a stock, single pipe setup?

It should be 2.5" from GM.  I recently re-did the exhaust on my '84 built 350 dual 2.5" to two Cherry Bomb Turbo's shortly after the transfer case, 2.5" continuing back exiting to 4" wing tips behind the rear wheels. 

Sounds amazing and very simple.
