New Unidentified wires found after 2 years

So as the subject says I found two new wires in the engine bay. Two on the right are my electric choke and temp sensor wire. The two of the left are new to me. Installed an new engine and I'm cleaning up the engine bay and I found these two rolled up in tape within the harness.
