I have a donor 2002 2500 had with a 6.0/4l80e/manual 261 and want to run it in my 86 k20. Can anyone tell me if this will work? I can’t seem to find any threads with someone using this transfer case. I also wanted to use the rear axle with disc brake setup. Any advice is appreciated.

if the 261 is a driver side drop it wont work but supposedly you can drop a ford front axle in place as theyre drivers side drop. you could also find a 241 off a th400 that has electric speedo and make that work
