Idle up solenoid

OK, after finally getting my cam install finished for the second time, I now have an AC issue. My E-brock doesn't have an idle kick up solenoid so I had to idle up to about 1000 before the change, but now I'had to bump it up to about 1300 to keep her from stalling when the compressor kicks in. I was wondering if anyone makes a universal idle kick up solenoid so that I don't have to keep going under the hood between windows down days and hot, need the AC days?

$82 bucks sounds a little steep, I might try to machine one and/or modify one off of an old Q-junk.

I couldn't find an old Q-Jet at the wreckers last time I needed one.Had to buy a new one.

I don't know if this helps or not,- AC Delco has a compensator kit p/n 17111104 on their website, but it looks like it was only used on Buicks and Olds 307cid and 350 cid diesel engines.

You might try the AC Delco site and do a search.I couldn't come up with anything, but I don't know what yr your truck is..
