Anyone know of an aftermarket crossmember for a 74. Doing a ls swap and exhaust is running into transmission crossmember

Why not go over it?  Off the top of my head CPP makes one...

On our 76 the exhaust on the pass side went over it and the drivers side went under it

And competent exhaust shop should be able to handle your truck
