Wassup guys, wanting to do something different with my taillights for my 84 stepside. Looking at LEDs, el camino style or custom. Would like some ideas guys

Do you have a rear bumper or roll pan?

This is the set up on my stepside.
The roll pan screams "I was built in the 90's".
I have reverse lights mounted where the stock taillights were.

I changed my rear lights for led stop/tail and indicator with led reverse light
