Dual fuel tank capacities
« on: April 22, 2017, 09:22:30 AM »
I would like to know what the fuel capacities of the right  and left fuel tanks are. My truck is a 87 350, 700r4, TBI short box. I've only had this truck 3 months, and it is my first one. So, I've got
Some learning to do. Anyway, I am only using the driver side tank now, as the fella I bought it
From said there was something wrong with the passenger side tank. Don't know when it was used
Last. Has to have old gas in it. There is some unplugged wires  and ground straps hanging on both tanks. I will drop the pass  tank and flush out before using. Problem is: I would like a wiring diagram and a fuel line diagram If possible. Almost forgot, there is a fuel tank switch on the dash also.
Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.   Jerry
