Dodge NP205 Transfercase Shift Linkage (in a Chevy)

The Dodge NP205 tcase i bought for my 1987 Chevy didn't come with any shifter or linkage.

Would like to find a shifter and linkage that will bolt up.

Can I use the floor shifter and linkage from any truck (Ford, Dodge,Chevy) that came with the divorced NP205 that I now have in my truck?

I have the factory shifter and linkage that went with my NP208 that came in my truck.  Haven't looked yet to see if it could be jerryrigged to work.

:)

I'd look into a twin stick shifter from ORD (off road design).
It beats looking through junkyards / Craigslist for a stock set up (and most guys won't sell the shifter seperate anyways).
As far as getting your 208 shifter to work, it won't be easy if the Dodge 205 shifter is anything like the one on a Chevy 205.
