Ordering panels and large body parts
« on: October 07, 2017, 09:44:23 AM »
Good day!

What is the hack for ordering panels. Trying to order a left  frontier fender and two inners (LH& RH).

Shipping is $203 and panels total in at $179.

Thanks,

Patrick

Hi Patrick:
Sounds like you have not ordered big and heavy stuff by mail in a long time...yes, shipping is expensive for oversize and heavy things! Real expensive if you have to have a freight shipment which maybe is what has to be done with your fenders. Sometimes you can get the freight shipping charge reduced somewhat if you get it delivered to a business instead of your home. Shipping stuff from CA to come east of the midwest is much more expensive than shipping from within the midwest to east.
Regards,
Henry

Go to the local body shop, have them order them, likely no shipping cost. Some local parts places may also be able to do it, but most chain stores won't.
