Depends on what you are trying to accomplish. I'm not a fan of air bags myself and prefer coil springs, I don't like the added extra and often noisy components. If you are trying to drop a truck down to the earth then it's the only way to go but not a fan personally for the trucks I build.

I would definitely go with bags for a lift or a drop.  From everything I have been able to gather the bags give a much better ride and let's face it, they're cool.
