Those are good. For some good videos you could put it facing the whole rear suspension, in one of the front wheel wells and looking at the engine. Just too see all the movement stuff makes when we drive. Also, I'm always liked your truck, it's really nice! C20 to like mine.

Those are excellent ideas.  I didn't know my tires moved as much as they did judging by the ride...  Thank you for the compliment!

Well i think those videos are just neat, but this is the first time i've ever heard how my truck sounds.  had it since 2008, never heard it like this.  i have heavy sound deadening and i'm always inside the cab.  i got someone to do a few drivebys in my last truck, but nothing like this...
Your welcome! What color is it exactly? Yea it's always weird when you experience your truck in some one other than normal. Like someone else driving by or riding on the passenger seat lol

It's Graystone Metallic off of a (new at the time) 2008 silverado.  IIRC its code 16  That was from the dealer paint chip flyer.  It has a good bit of blue in it, and some pearl, on a black sealer.  My paint guy was surprised, a normal no extra cost truck paint at the time had pearl in it.

That's what I thought. I'm familiar with the color, working at Chevy dealer. I've chosen 2014 Brownstone metallic for mine when the time comes.

I really like the color on this truck. :) I have a 1979 4wd that came from the factory with grey paint and a black center. I am going to have it repainted in the color that you used on yours. Every time I see this truck it inspires me to work on mine. I am replacing the cab floor, rockers, kick panels and cab corners.
It's been a LONG time since I have been called a newbie. Just sayin....

I used Testors brand model paint "Orange Fluorescent" Enamel to paint all the needles to match.

Headlight Upgrades

A few years ago I put in those Hella Conversion Lenses.  I have the SAE version.

http://www.myhellalights.com/index.php/products/auxiliary-lamps/sealed-beam-conversion-headlamps/vision-plus-7in-conversion-headlamp/

Bought these Philips LED H4 lights to fit the Hella Lenses.  Good cutoff and These two lights are brighter than my old headlights and driving lights were combined.  Driving lights still have ZXE bulbs in them.

Did a basic tuneup on the truck.  Plugs wires n cap.  Also added new valve covers.  I damaged the OE one somehow at the oil fill cap lip and can't get it straight enough to seal again so I bought the cheapest set I could find and painted them up...
