ok i was thinking maybe mount a winch right behind the stock bumper and then cut a hole in the bumper for a roller fairlead and then make a little like hinge system so i could flip up my front license plate and then use the winch and leave it down so itsnt seen and possibly stolen. do yall think this will work?

I think it will work, but the only thing is that in order to do that you would have to move you bumper out in order to do that and that would be a tell tai sign of somethings there.  Its an awsome idea though. :smokin

a budy of mine did this years back on his 85 K10 and he built the bracket to hold his winch. He didn't do the lisence plate hinge thing just bolted the roller on and mounted the plate on an Escort plate bracket off to the side.

Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs
