Driveshaft issue help
« on: September 18, 2019, 10:37:28 PM »
Good Evening,

I have a 1986 C10 305. I just put a SM465 4 speed in. The issue i am running into is do i do a aluminum one piece or two piece normal. If i go two piece does anyone know what year make and model can i get a cross member for the two piece? also if anyone has done this same thing pictures would be great. I am good with engines but driveshaft and transmissions is new to me.

For all the hassle a two piece offers I would go with a single (much lighter) aluminum, done and done!
