now would the transfer case bolt right up if the transmissions in the trucks are different? like if the transfer case was either a 4 speed on the floor or a th400

Also the NP203 is a good transfer case but if you convert to part time it requires more maintenance. And third the NP205 is a ligther unit than the NP203 as well.
