Ok i have a 76 chevy k10 and i just put a big cam and high rise intake and new 750 carb and msd ;D. i have had my truck running with these parts for about a week and the other day i went out to show my friend how it sounds. but right when i truned the key the motor was just about to kick over but it popped a lil air out the carb and shut off ??? i went to try to start it back up but there was nothing there. i thought i just blow a fuse but they were all good >:( then i thought it was something on the firewall but its all good ??? could it be my fuse box

So nothing changed over that time period?  Sounds like your timing is off.

there is no power in the cab at all yesterday i unbolted the fuse box and then my wipers turned on lol

sounds like fusible link burned up.

Little more info on the MSD portion Please!  Is it a Control Box, Dist, or etc???  How did you wire it in???

IT WAS IN THE TRUCK WHEN I GOT IT I JUST PUT A NEW CAP AND ROTER........BUT IT LOOKS LIKE ITS JUST PLUG AND PLAY KINDA THING JUST GO OFF A 12V SORSE

Check your wires that come up around the back of the engine and make sure none of them grounded to the engine. It definitely sounds like you opened a fusible link..

Too much current flowing through a wire will cause the circuit to overheat. Your fusible link is the weakest link therefore protecting the rest of the circuit. Again if a wire shorted to ground and you have 800Amps flowing through a circuit with no load to ground it's not gonna take long for a 30A fusible link to melt. Start looking at the wires that come off of the junction block on the firewall and the wires coming off of your starter solenoid. Follow them and see if any of them are chafed or cut. Grab hold of the fusible links and tug on them to see if they stretch or break.

i just got done doing that and everything looks fine  >:( but i unbolted my fuse block and my wipers turned on...............im so close to just taking it to a shop and telling them to fix it
